Healing Black Families Starts  w/ Disrupting Adversity

The Black Family University (BFU) centers its work on the four pillar acronym R.I.S.E, which stands for Research Intervention Service & Empowerment. We host workshops regularly that teach about ACES and give practical tips on how to prevent and mitigate it within the home. Various data points are collected during these workshops as participants share their stories of Resilience, which contribute to broadening and diversifying the narrative of ACE's prevention and mitigation. We offer several ways to be a part of this initiative. As a member, you will get access to the online education platform, which provides additional resources to accompany the education.
